Iwm’s Broacasting connections go back to 1991, when Frank joined the Community Social Action Broadcasting Team based in Edinburgh, who not only produced campaigns for Radio Forth, but also co-ordinated training programmes for students across Scotland and in Europe.
After working alongside commity radio groups in his native West Lothian, helping them work towards restricted service licenses. Expanded his broadcasting repetoire, studying Radio at Reid Kerr College, where he also taught Radio Script Writing for the college themselves.
Through his association with the college, Frank became a regular producer and presenter with Community Radio Station, Ferguslie Park Radio during their Summer and Christmas Broadcasts, teaming up with good freind, Mike McEwan, presenting the popular “Lunchtime Experience. Frank and Mike took their show to a wider audience, producing “The Lunchtime Experience” for online Radio Station, Hit Music Radio.
Frank’s Radio career moved to Spain as a Producer and Presenter for Costa Blanca Radio Stations, Radio Nova and currently with MoreFM. Both stations broadcast across Spain and also around the world over the internet.
Aside from his Radio work, Frank’s broadcasting career has also been infront of the camera as a Researcher, Producer and Presenter with the former Community Television Station, Thistle TV, presenting the Monday evening magazine programme “Lanarkshire Live.”
Frank has also used his broadcasting skills to produce and narrate audio versions of his two published novels, “What Time Does Midnight Cabaret Start” and ‘Don’t Mention Hi-De-Hi!” with an audio version of his third book, “How do you get the Donkeys up the Stairs” published in November 21.
Frank’s has started work on his next novel, which will take in the totally different subject of American Football, which he aims to complete and publish in early 2025.
As a renowned Photographer, Gordon took his skills to a new level having achieved a Batchelor of Science Degree at the University of West of Scotland. He quickly established himself as a film maker, producing corporate and campaign videos, including the video trailer of Frank’s Audiobooks.
Both Frank and Gordon continue to combine their resources, working on a number of audio-visual projects, which will be launched in 2023.
